	I have been in insurance since leaving school and initially spent several years working for smaller brokerages during which time I gained a good understanding of insurance and learnt the best ways of keeping clients happy with competitive premiums, good cover and an understanding attitude. Over the years as my company grew and gained more staff I now tend to find myself spending most of my time running the business and sorting out any problems that might arise. In my personal life I am in the process of studying for a degree in Business Studies which I think will help develop our business further, I have recently restored a Lambretta Li150 and attend many scooter runs with my the FAB Scooter Club, enjoy DIY and home maintenance. Debbie Ashford

Debbie is responsible for our personal lines section which covers Home Buildings, Contents and Personal Possessions. "We have very competitive premiums and give wider ranging cover than that often available on the internet or direct, clients can discuss their requirements with me personally and I can approach insurers for an individual policy to suit their needs". Also as the office manager, she oversees the office and ensures that everything runs smoothly with her many years experience. Business Development Manager

	Ross has been with LG Insurance since February 1998 and has covered all aspects of car, bike and commercial vehicle insurance. "My latest role is as Business Developement Manager and it is my job to further grow the business and to gain us more clients, so far I have been very sucessfull thanks to my activities with the Nexus Network Group and have been impressed with the enquiries from our website" Ross can even help with insurance for classic cars, unusual risks or temporary vehicle insurance. Karen is our Commercial Insurance Underwritter and has many years experience in providing competitive quotations and ensuring full cover for all forms of business and commercial insurance. Commercial Administration Manager

	Vicki has been with LG Insurance since August 1991 and is our longest serving employee, in that time she has covered all aspects of insurance both personal and commercial and has now moved to assist Karen with Commercial Administration. "I have worked with Karen previously and enjoyed ensuring that the paperwork was all correct and that the policies were providing the right cover for the clients. Mel Wright

Mel joined LG Insurance in October 2006 and after being our Private & Public Hire Specialist she has now been promoted to Private Car Manager to look after this section of our business. "following my several years experience and a thourough knowledge of the Taxi Insurance I am now pleased to be able to give my attention to arranging competitive quotations for all types of motor insurance. I make sure that each client gets good cover and an excellent claims service". In her spare time Mel is a Brownie leader and enjoys listening to modern music and is about to start learning to drive. Self Employed Liability Manager

	I have been at LG Insurance for two and a half years and in that time I have covered the private hire section, then the personal lines section and now I am specialising in the self employed liability section. In my spare time I collect DVD,s and enjoy watching films, socialising with my friends and improving my home with my boyfriend. I also cycle, love shopping andmeeting people.
